Here are some fun facts about me:
- I live in Old Saybrook with my husband, our three daughters and our daughter's dog, Lucy.
- some of the things I love to do are boating, going to the beach, reading, watching sports and spending time with my family
- my favorite color is pink
- this is my 9th year teaching at Daisy and I think it is awesome!
- one of my favorite restaurants is PizzaWorks
- I am pertrified of spiders!
- I love watching the sunset at our town beach with my family

Specials Schedule for Room 25
Special’s Schedule for Room 25
This year at Daisy Ingraham School we are following an A,B,C,D and E rotation schedule. Specials will be held every day from 10:50 am- 11:50 am. Please post this schedule in a spot where your child(ren) know each day what Special he/she has so that they can come prepared for their Specials. Also, each teacher can be contacted via email or phone if you have any questions or concerns about Specials this year.
Library (A Day): Please remember to return or renew your books when you come to school. We have red and green buckets in our classroom to remind the children of where books go EVERY A Day.
P.E. (B Day): Every B day the children need to wear sneakers to school and/or bring sneakers for this physical time in the Gym with Mr. Percival.
Music and Spanish (C Day and D Day): Each of these specials will be 1/2 hour.
Art (E Day): We will be enjoying Art class with Mrs. Werner
***Computer Class will be held every Monday from 9:45-10:30. This will be the schedule for the remainder of the schoolyear.***

Lunch/Recess Plan
From 10:00-10:10 your children will have snack in the classroom.
Lunch will be in the cafeteria this year.
Recess takes place every day after lunch. Fourth grade recess is held outside of the gymnasium on the blacktop, the playground and the playing fields in the back of Daisy.
What will your day look like?
Each day we will be following this daily academic schedule, however, it may be adjusted as the year goes on.
Morning Meeting: 8:35 - 9:00
Reading: 9:00 - 10:00
***Fridays alternate between Social Studies and Science***
Snack: 10:00 - 10:10
Writing: 10:10-10:50
Specials: 10:50-11:50
WIN: 11:50-12:25
Lunch and Recess: 12:40-1:25
Quiet Time: 1:25-1:35
Number Corner and Math: 1:35-2:45
Pack-Up & Wrap-Up, Dismissal: 2:45 - 3:00
